Angel is an artist who believes we need to look beyond the mundane and materialist.  As a Nichiren Buddhist, she believes that everyone has “Buddhahood” a power within that is limitless and timeless.   It is this that we need to connect with to find the energy, the strength and the courage to change ourselves and the world around us.

“We are but a small part of a multi-dimensional multiverse that is without limit.  We need to draw out compassion and courage to stand against that which is dark and negative and we must win this fight or else we perish” she states emphatically. “ Images of Angels have been used throughout history not only as religious figures, but figures of hope, unconditional love and compassion.  We can all be ‘Angels’ if we want to be, right here, right now!”

Angel paints and creates art that inspires, uplifts and encourages. She has called her art "Etherealism". Much of contemporary art is aesthetically challenging  death, decay, and perversion seem to be common topics.

“I understand they want to make an important point.  Some simply want to shock, in order to gain notoriety and, they no doubt hope, financial largess.  Of course, sometimes it works.  Fine, if that’s what they want to do.  I make no judgement, nor do I say that such art has no validity.  I simply try to create art that is thought provoking, uplifting and encouraging.  I create art to make people think of the greater picture.  I paint and sculpt images that create hope and reflect the certain truth that if we are truly willing to make every effort we can change the world we live in – it’s up to us!”

Angel creates art in order to counter the negative and innate ugliness of such art and seeks to create art which leaves the viewer feeling positive and uplifted. Angel’s images often come to her while she is sending healing or chanting for individuals or for a particular global locality or situation. She attempts to capture these images to offer comfort and encourage others to think about how our actions or lack of them can cause either suffering or joy in the world.

Angel undertakes personal commissions on request, and sells her work to a wide clientele, including executives, politicians spiritual leaders.
